Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Automotive Service Advisor to join are team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with there automotive service needs, providing accurate estimates, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, also CDK experience will be a big plus.
Requirements
Greet customers and assess there automotive needs
Listen to customer concerns and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs
Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs, including parts and labor cost
Schedule appointments
Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle history
Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive system and repair procedures
Proficiency with computer software, including CDK dealer management system
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
valid drivers license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass back ground and drug screening checks
