Performance Honda Fairfield is looking for an experienced Service Advisor/ASM with at least three years in the field. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional assistance for light maintenance and repair services. We take pride in our knowledgeable Service Advisors who offer sincere guidance to our customers. - $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 Annually (Experience-Based)
- Hours are Monday - Friday 7 am to 5 pm
- Alternating Saturdays 8 AM to 3 PM (Closed Sundays)

Requirements
Requirements - Maintain your Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above the district goal
- Receiving in customer's and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner
- Constant communication with your service technicians
- Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians
- Selling the recommendations from your technicians
- Communicate authorized recommendations to your technicians with a "promise time" for completion of work
- Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready
- Notify your customer of any delays to the "promise time" and why; before the "promised time" for pick up
- Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles
Qualifications: - 2+ years of Service Writer experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Competent level of computer literacy
- Substantial time management technique
- Have a general understanding of automotive maintenance
- Maintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyone
- Possess a driving record that allows you to operate customer and company vehicles
