Service Account Manager - HVAC/Mechanical
Location: Nashville, TN (Must be local)
Compensation: Up to $100,000 base + bonus potential + benefits
Position Type: Full-Time

An industry-leading, employee-owned mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Account Manager to join their Nashville team. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing service accounts, and ensuring top-tier delivery on commercial HVAC service projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing service accounts and build strong client relationships
  • Oversee service delivery for commercial HVAC systems, piping, and sheet metal work
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure quality, timely performance
  • Identify opportunities for additional service offerings and upselling
  • Assist in estimating, quoting, and proposal development
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Account Manager in the mechanical/HVAC industry
  • Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, piping, and sheet metal
  • Strong communication, client management, and organizational skills
  • Familiar with service operations, quoting, and coordination processes
  • Must be based in the Nashville area and available for in-office/client site work
