Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Server Supervisors to join our team.

We're searching for candidates who can:
  • Create and manage work schedules for servers, ensuring there's enough staff to cover busy and slow periods effectively.
  • Onboard new servers, teaching them about menu items, service standards, and restaurant policies, while also providing ongoing training to enhance skills and performance.
  • During shifts, observe servers to ensure they adhere to procedures, deliver high-quality service, and assist with customer needs or challenges as they arise.
  • Step in to resolve disputes or problems, whether between staff members or involving customers, to maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Oversee the stock of service essentials - such as menus, utensils, etc. - ensuring everything is readily available for smooth service.
  • Assist with complex customer requests or complaints when needed, helping to uphold the operation's reputation and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Regularly assess how servers are performing, offering constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement or additional training.
  • Manage server-related paperwork, including time sheets, payroll details, or disciplinary records.
