SEO manager

Job Summary:
As a SEO Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive and data-driven search marketing strategies, combining the best practice of search engine optimization and pay per click advertising to increase brand awareness and lead generation You'll work collaboratively with the marketing team to optimize performance across organic and paid search channels wile continuously analyzing and refining strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and linking structures for search engines and user experience.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop high quality, keyword optimized content.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits.
• Build and execute link building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including, traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.

PPC

• Plan, create and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft advertising, and social media channels.

• Perform keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad relevance and reach.

• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate to create assets to drive conversions.

• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.

• Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies.

• Stay informed about PPC trends, tools, and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.

• Manage PPC budgets and provide clear reporting on spend and performance metrics.

Content Creation:

• Write, edit and publish engaging blog posts aligned with SEO strategies.

• Conduct thorough research to produce high-quality, informative, and original content tailored to target audiences.

• Collaborate with team members to develop content calendars and align topics with broader marketing goals.

• Incorporate SEO best practices into all content, including keyword optimization, meta tags, and internal linking.

• Analyze the performance of blog content using analytics tools and make data driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and carry packages as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and shipping procedures.
• Ability to multitask and support various departments.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO strategist, PPC specialist or similar role.
• Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console Etc.
