About the Opportunity: A client of ours in Irvine is looking for a SEO/CRO Manager to join their expanding team. This role requires a data-driven, analytical individual with a strong consumer centric mindset who can effectively manage day to day SEO/CRO operations across multiple brands which working close with internal/external teams and agencies. Details: - Fulltime opportunity: $80-90k base salary + bonus + benefits + 401k 4% match
- Hybrid onsite: 3 days a week in Irvine office (Tue-Thur)
- Passionate team with ability to grow and expand career working across multiple 10 brands - huge opportunity to have a big impact on the business
- Other brands that don t have a partnership this person would be in-house SEO. Technical audits, content recommendations.
- CRO side also have a CRO vendor as well to manage - working with them for AB testing and improve conversion rate.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of SEO experience with local/multi-location SEO as well as CRO
- Data driven and using Google Analytics, SEMrush and other SEO tools.
- Experience working with and managing vendors (CRO side) to connect AB tests
- Excellent communication capabilities working with various personalities - go getting personality and ability to push things along with stakeholders while keeping goals on track (project management type of responsibilities)
