We are looking for Platform Engineers who thrive on developing resilient and effective solutions within the Workday environment. You will have a key role in automation and will leverage your expertise to create innovative solutions that enhance the HR technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand and define application capabilities and testing scenarios.
  • Translate business priorities while integrating HR strategies to fulfill business needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits with a commitment to high standards.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, product owners, and stakeholders to influence solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Provide client support during critical Annual Events such as Talent/Performance reviews, Merit processes, and Open Enrollment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, collaborating with HR partners to redesign processes for optimal performance.
  • Stay current on Workday updates and capabilities by conducting research and testing.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system implementations.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical and operational inquiries about the system.
  • Provide production support for Workday through troubleshooting and issue resolution in partnership with the business.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday functional configuration (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring business processes within the Workday platform.
  • At least 3 years of experience with calculated fields or custom reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration.
  • Experience in an agile delivery environment.
  • Workday or Workday Pro certifications in areas such as HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Performance Management.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Workday Security or Reporting.
  • 4+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).

The salary range for this role is as follows:
Cambridge, MA: $158,400 - $180,800
Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400
McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800
New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200
Plano, TX: $144,000 - $164,400
Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400
San Francisco, CA: $172,800 - $197,200
San Jose, CA: $172,800 - $197,200
Wilmington, DE: $144,000 - $164,400
