Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING In this role you will be the HCM Workday Analyst supporting as a technology specialist in our People Team. As our Workday Analyst, you will be joining the People systems team as you work to implement new modules and improve the existing Workday platform, as well as providing general day-to-day support of the platform throughout the organisation. This role will include the following responsibilities:
- Provide regular Workday support this will include but not limited to security changes, business process amendments, people data updates;
- Provide daily operational support to end users in Workday;
- Support implementing new Workday modules and features;
- Create new reports and changes to existing reports as well as dashboards;
- Fulfil data requests from the People team and wider organisation;
- Creating/maintaining supervisory and cost centre hierarchies;
- Reassigning unassigned tasks;
- Reviewing role assignments;
- Creating user accounts, setting up delegations, etc.;
- Assisting in troubleshooting issues;
- Testing of existing processes to determine root causes of issues; and
- Support the bi-annual release upgrades.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED - Significant prior experience with Workday;
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities;
- Experience working with multiple data sources as well as data analysis skills;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Experience managing and delivering reports or similar;
- Able to work in a fast-paced organisation;
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships;
- Good understanding of different HR needs and terminology;
- Clear, concise and succinct communication skills, both verbal and written communication; and
- A meticulous personality with a keen attention to detail.
Base salary range: $110-140K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
