Under general direction of the Application Dev Manager, the Information Technology Specialist II (Senior Web Developer) serves as the advanced technical specialist performing complex software development and works amongst a technical team to develop and maintain web application both hosted and in the cloud for LCI under the Software Engineering Domain . This position is responsible for designing, coding, and testing customized solutions using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, WordPress and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Duties may include access to information systems containing protected enrollee information, including federal tax information, protected health information, and personally identifying information.

Department Information The Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation (LCI) serves the Governor and his Cabinet as staff for long-range planning and research and constitutes the comprehensive state planning agency. LCI assists the Governor and the Administration in planning, research, policy development, and legislative analysis.
