We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our ServiceNow development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management development, with specific expertise in the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ITSM solutions that enhance our ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ITSM applications on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Customize and configure ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement ITIL best practices within the ServiceNow platform to optimize IT service delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM applications and the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI development, and integration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with REST APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of additional JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting within ITSM contexts.
