Role Description
This is a full-time role based out of Rockville, MD, with flexibility for remote work. As the Senior Vice President of Sales, you will lead and develop the sales team, create sales strategies, and foster strong customer relationships. You will also collaborate with other departments to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Applicants with no or limited health insurance sales experience will not be considered.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
