Kind Lending, LLC's marketing team is seeking an outrageously creative and extremely detailed Senior Vice President Marketing (Marketing Department Executive Leader) to join the fastest growing mortgage company in the country. As the SVP of Marketing, you'll be the visionary behind our brand. You'll lead strategy, creativity, and execution across all marketing verticals while aligning closely with executive leadership to support aggressive growth goals. Reports directly to the President and leads the entire marketing team.

Location
- Preferred Candidate: Corporate Office - Santa Ana, CA (In-Office 4 days per week, Remote Fridays)
- Will Consider Fully Remote out of area candidates.
Pay range and compensation package
The minimum starting base salary pay for this position is $150,000 + annual bonus opportunity. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing, award-winning marketing team across brand, digital, creative, content, social, events, and communications.
- Own and evolve the Kind Lending brand - from strategy to storytelling - across all internal and external channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive B2B and B2C growth initiatives and amplify partner success.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact and support loan officer recruitment, retention, and lead generation.
- Leverage market research, data, and insights to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain and elevate Kind's position as an industry disruptor and thought leader.
- Represent the voice of the brand both internally and externally - from executive presentations to industry events.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in marketing, within the Wholesale and Retail mortgage industry.
- Proven success in building and scaling brand strategy and high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing - digital, social, video, print, events, and more.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and empower creative teams.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a keen eye for innovation.
- Passion for culture, kindness, and challenging the status quo.
Work Authorization
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S without company visa sponsorship.
