Senior Vice President, Strategy & Operations

As we scale rapidly beyond 2 million eligible members in less than two years, we're looking for a Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations to help power our next phase of growth.


Role Summary

The SVP of Strategy & Operations will be a critical leader driving both the design and execution of Leap's operating model. You'll oversee the end-to-end operations engine - from patient onboarding and care logistics to supply chain and revenue cycle management - while also helping to shape the broader strategy: how we accelerate innovation and build lasting market advantage.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, partnering directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive value creation at scale.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Leadership


• Serve as a key thought partner to the CEO and Board on company strategy, innovation, and operational scaling.


• Translate strategic priorities into operational reality - setting goals, processes, and structures to drive execution at pace.


• Identify and develop new opportunities for differentiation and growth, including partnerships, services, and platform extensions.


• Build and lead a high-performing team across operations, clinical delivery, product development and program management.


• Align company OKRs to individual KPIs and facilitate a performance-driven culture.


Operational Excellence


• Own the full patient, provider, and employer operational experience - ensuring safety, consistency, satisfaction, and scalability.


• Optimize systems and workflows across case management, nursing logistics, pharmacy coordination, patient communications, and billing.


• Drive continuous improvement and establish a fast feedback loop that leverages data to improve quality and speed.


• Develop playbooks and infrastructure for geographic expansion.


Data & Technology


• Shape internal tools, automation, dashboards, and data infrastructure that accelerate operational performance and product innovation.


• Build a culture of metrics-driven decision-making across the organization.


Compliance & Quality


• Ensure regulatory compliance across all markets and maintain a culture of patient safety and operational excellence.


• Build and oversee quality assurance systems that track and elevate patient outcomes and satisfaction.


What We're Looking For


• 10+ years in operational leadership roles, ideally in high-growth employer healthcare, pharmacy, or healthcare services.


• Track record of scaling multi-market operations rapidly and sustainably.


• Deep operational understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or clinical service delivery.


• Highly analytical, systems-oriented thinker with a strong bias for action and iteration.


• Skilled at hiring, building, and leading distributed teams.


• Fast-paced leader who balances urgency with quality, and vision with operational discipline.
