The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President to work directly with the President to drive market-based growth across our U.S. and Canadian regions with brick-and-mortar presence. This individual will be a player-coach-leading high-performing market leaders and sales teams while also actively driving new business in strategic accounts. You will be a critical force in expanding market share, strengthening our leadership team, and executing a unified go-to-market strategy across all service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Market-Based Growth Strategy
- Partner with the President to develop and execute market-based growth strategies across core regions including Louisville, Chicago, Denver, Madison, and Toronto.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new logos in both Commercial and SLED markets.
Sales & Market Leadership
- Lead and manage Market Leaders and their respective Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers.
- Directly manage sales team members in the home market and oversee hiring and onboarding of new talent to strengthen local sales teams.
- Cultivate a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, customer intimacy, and growth.
Service Line Collaboration
- Collaborate with Staffing, Digital, and Infrastructure service line leaders to create integrated sales strategies and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead goal-setting and performance initiatives for staffing delivery leaders and support digital/infrastructure leaders in setting similar targets.
Recruiting and Talent Strategy
- Oversee and scale global recruiting operations across Onshore, Offshore, and Nearshore models, ensuring alignment with market demand.
- Support the development of a strong pipeline of talent to support client needs across service lines.
Marketing & GTM Execution
- Partner with the Marketing team to define and execute localized go-to-market strategies tailored to each market's opportunity landscape.
- Promote brand presence and thought leadership in key markets through events, partnerships, and community engagement.
Leadership and Innovation
- Act as a role model in performance management, recognition, and accountability.
- Foster a data-driven culture, using analytics and insights to make timely decisions that improve team effectiveness and market outcomes.
- Continuously innovate and adapt to market changes, embracing new technologies and selling strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in IT Staffing and Solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive growth in multi-market organizations.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical and operational skills; comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- A collaborative leader who empowers others, takes ownership, and builds future leaders.
- Experience in selling to both commercial enterprises and the SLED sector is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, align incentives, and drive performance-based outcomes.
