Locations: Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio, Texas
Purpose of the position:
- The Senior Vice President of Operations is highly skilled and technically proficient to provide comprehensive support to our company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of leadership, a strategic mindset, follow up, project management, technical proficiency, and operational support to ensure effective management of company initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage various corporate operations and new business venture development
- Lead strategic new venture exploration from ideation through execution
- Lead vendor selection and contract related topics
- Drive operational efficiency
- Participate on special and confidential projects as needed, handling confidential matters and information
- Make independent decisions, solve problems, and exercise discretion relating to the performance of day-to-day duties
- Develop and Manage the budget within the areas of responsibility

- Strong, confident communication skills. Can quickly crank out documents, responses, and project plans
- Proven leadership abilities in building, managing, developing and expanding teams in a high growth and/or entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of clients and strategic initiatives and deliver/exceed desired results
