Our client, a leading player in the energy sector, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be part of the UX research team supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and a passion for user-centered design which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior UX Researcher

Location: 100% Onsite in Spring, TX

Pay Range: Competitive market rate

Duration: 12 month contract to start

What's the Job?
  • Develop research strategies that will not only answer known questions but may reveal previously unidentified factors that should be considered.
  • Design and conduct generative and evaluative research.
  • Collect, store, and steward qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Adapt and flex to dynamic project needs and priorities.
What's Needed?
  • Experience leading substantial qualitative and mixed methods research projects.
  • Understanding of, and interest in, various UX research methodologies including user interviews, work shadows, focus groups, usability tests, and more.
  • Work samples that demonstrate your research process and methods as well as your ability to clearly convey your findings.
  • Ability to work onsite at our campus in Spring, TX.
  • Motivation to build domain and technical knowledge to inform research decisions.
