Calling cleared UX Designers. Eleven Peppers is hiring Senior / Principal UX Designers. Sounds exciting? Read on The Fun Stuff:
Define interface requirements by collaborating with users and stakeholders
Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through user research
Design user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and present a clear flow of information
Brand and design UIs, define style guides to ensure consistency in the interface
Collaborate with teammates that may include other designers, project managers, developers, engineers, and product champions
Concept system architectures The Necessities:
You have a bachelor's degree in information systems, human factors engineering, or a related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Usability Engineering) and at least 14 years of experience
You've mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software, to design sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
You have experience with a prototyping tool such as Axsure, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Your design sensibility is refined and purposeful, and the artifacts you create are beautiful and functional
Talking to users and soliciting their feedback is second nature, and you can articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences
You have excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking
You have the ability to communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
Desired: Experience with Agile development The Place to Be: Work location is Columbia, MD. Some telework may be available. The Salary: Salary range provided during the selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
