Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience (preferably at the enterprise level)

Skills & Tools:

Must-have:

• Figma (advanced features: auto layout, responsive design)
• Ability to consume and apply research insights

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with design research tools, such as:
  • UserTesting
  • Dscout
  • UserZoom
  • Optimal Workshop
• Understanding of human-centered design
• Background in insurance or financial services (not required, but a plus)

Portfolio Expectations:

• In-depth case studies demonstrating thought process and impact
• Clear rationale behind design choices
• Ability to articulate design decisions in relation to user needs and business goals
