Senior UX Designer

Location: Hybrid (Malvern, PA / Charlotte, NC) 3 days per weekJob Type: 6-month contract to start- extend up to 15 monthsCompensation Range: $68 - 75 per hourWe're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a collaborative product team modernizing a business-critical internal system used by operations teams that support financial intermediaries. This is a high-impact role designing data-rich, user-centered tools that streamline complex workflows and enable teams to manage billions in transactions.You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to shape intuitive, scalable solutions. You'll apply lean UX methods, drive user research, and design with speed in an agile environment.Responsibilities:Design end-to-end experiences for internal tools used by operations teams.Collaborate with researchers to uncover user pain points and test solutions.Work in 3-week sprints with a multidisciplinary team.Apply an established design system while contributing to new patterns.Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.Qualifications:5+ years of UX design experience (preferably on internal tools or complex systems).Proficiency in Figma.Strong user research and collaboration skills.Experience working in agile product environments.Portfolio required.
