The role
- Design intuitive, user-first experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to bring ideas to life
- Run user research and usability testing to validate and sharpen your designs
- Champion accessibility, simplicity, and scalability across all products
- Collaborate closely with UI designers, Product Managers, and Developers
- Help grow and evolve our design system with fresh, user-driven thinking
The candidate
- Strong experience designing complex digital products (with a portfolio to prove it)
- Confident in running research, gathering insights, and translating them into designs
- Expert with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Passion for designing clean, accessible, mobile-friendly experiences
