Senior Unified Communications Engineer with Security Clearance

Responsibilities: Ensure the overall health and security posture of complex voice and video architectures. Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders on organization-wide IT strategies. Lead and coordinate the creation and/or evolution of the enterprise architecture function or program. Support all phases of design, implementation, proactive monitoring, and troubleshooting of the networks and related technologies. Analyze call flows and work with other teams (network, security, etc.) to optimize the UC environment (network, firewalls, VPNs, Cloud, etc.). Develop system specifications, architecture designs, integration, and test plans, along with all relevant documentation as required by the organization. Develop security assessment and mitigation strategies, maintain compliance with DoD Information Assurance requirements, and ensure service performance indicators are met. Design and manage infrastructure covering nearly all types of UC devices - endpoints, servers, gateways, border controllers, conferencing solutions, transcoders, etc. Assist in the design and implementation to scale network automation and manage complex deployment via automation.
