Job Description Superlanet is seeking a Senior UKG Systems Analyst to support our healthcare client in the Greater Seattle region. The ideal candidate has experience with LaborLytics and UKG implementations. This hybrid opportunity is a 9-month contract to support project-based work, with the opportunity to extend and/or convert to FTE.
Job Responsibilities: - Leads projects and is a technical specialist and consultant for the time and attendance system
- Has a thorough understanding of the user's environment and helps enable users to utilize system capabilities to meet the institutional goals of quality patient care, cost containment and operational efficiency
- Coordinates implementation and conversion plans and procedures
- Educates project team on the implementation process and negotiates expectations for project process and outcomes; coordinates project so that it meets team members' and users' mutually agreed upon expectations
- Assembles issues list and facilitates resolution of those issues
- Provides ongoing quality assurance review of work plan progress
- Provides subject matter expertise to the team, including thought leadership and driving the team and organization to solutions to meet the needs of the organization, contract requirements, and applicable laws
- Develops interface specifications working in conjunction with vendor and the ERP team
- Develops detailed testing plan
- Establishes responsibilities of team and of users in completing the testing plan and ensures that resources are dedicated to the testing process
- Executes portion of testing plan and provides quality assurance review of user testing
- Works with users and IS teams to establish backup, maintenance and production schedules
- Supports Go-Live plan working in conjunction with users, vendor, operations and network services departments
- Defines and maintains time and attendance system metrics and success criteria
- Maintains system timekeeping rules based on policy, program and bargaining agreement changes
- Participates in the User Groups, gather and provide feedback, update customers, prioritize and coordinate related initiatives, and collaborate on departmental technology strategies
- Becomes expert on existing application software functionality
- Understands which features and functions are currently in use and which are not
- Works with users to establish implementation schedule for added functions
- Develops an understanding of related systems to better support system functionality
- Keeps central problem log of ongoing maintenance issues and tracks with vendor
- Escalates issues as appropriate
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Experience with LaborLytics
- Five years experience with UKG implementation and support
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with financial, payroll, and human resource systems
- Dimensions experience
- Previous experience in an acute care hospital
