Role Description
This is a Full time hybrid role for a Senior Trial Attorney (Criminal Defense) at Lance Kennedy Law. The Senior Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
- Law and Trial skills
- Experience in handling Motions and Depositions
- Familiarity with Court procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- State Bar admission in Texas
