Senior Treasury Analyst
We are currently conducting a search for a nationally recognized, $Billion+ publicly traded company that has been experiencing tremendous growth. Our client, a service-based organization located in South Jersey, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst.
The position will work closely with the Senior Treasury Manager and will be responsible for all treasury reporting and analysis, providing capital structure and financing strategies recommendations, and supporting all financing activity. The role will also be involved with debt equity issues.

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the analysis of the company's capital structure and financing options, focusing on both the parent corporation and its subsidiaries to inform decision-making within the treasury function.
- Evaluate debt and equity financing, assessing capital structure analysis, and understanding treasury management principles.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with accounting, accounting, and external advisors to drive financing processes.
- Partnering on capital planning initiatives that support long-term growth and strategic investments.
- Preparing and maintaining planned debt/equity schedules
- Support SEC reporting and ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Building and improving treasury processes as well as updating and documenting procedures
- Compiling and maintaining debt financing, calculations, and analysis documentation
The Senior Treasury Analyst will possess the following:
- A BS degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4-9 years finance or treasury related experience
- Cash management & forecasting experience and/or Working capital management experience
- Strong systems skills with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.); Power BI and Tableau is a plus
- Larger ERP systems experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle and/or Hyperion)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
