Leading Financial Services organisation seeking a Senior Third Party Risk Analyst to join their office based team in St Louis. This role is office based, so candidates would need to relocate to St Louis, if not already in commutable distance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collection, aggregation, and analysis of established third party KRI's, risk assessments, and other measures of risk as needed.
  • Documentation of risk remediation activities where appropriate, to assess residual third party risk.
  • Assembly of audience appropriate reporting for Senior and Executive Management, as well as the Firm's business units, related to KRI's/KPI's and due diligence activities designed to assess and quantify risk associated with third parties to the Firm.
  • General administration of the Firm's third party vendor management system, to ensure proper operation, assist in addressing systemic issues, validating data integrity.
  • Involvement in the risk management activities in disciplines peripheral to Third Party Risk Management at across the firm.
  • Participation in testing systems and data to validate reporting materials.
  • Assists in developing the capabilities of associates/users through targeted training.
  • Assist in development of risk assessment tools, including inherent risk questionnaires, monitoring and remediation capabilities, contract management.
  • Support documentation of departmental processes and procedures, including management of communication of process/procedural updates to TPRM team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in process improvements.
  • Support TPRM team's workflow, including deadline management, business owner and internal reviewer follow ups.
  • Assist with monitoring regulatory changes that may affect TPRM practices.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of Third Party Risk Management program components (TPRM Lifecycle, Key Risk Indicators, control activities).
  • Ability to work and form relationships with individuals at various levels of the Firm.
  • Strong presentation skills, including aggregation, organization, and presentation of data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills and ability to work cooperatively with all levels of management.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline preferred (Economics, Finance, Accounting)
  • 5+ years' experience in a risk related field and three + years' direct work experience in a Third Party Risk Management program
