Senior Test Automation Engineer

•  Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various testing types using established frameworks.
•  Mentor QA team members, promoting best practices and tool adoption.
•  Collaborate with developers and analysts to align automation coverage with project goals.
•  Participate in Agile ceremonies to refine user stories and ensure testability.
•  Conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards and framework adherence.
•  Contribute to the improvement of automation frameworks and team collaboration.
•  Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD tools to support DevOps processes.
•  Foster a collaborative culture by encouraging knowledge sharing and open communication. Skills
•  Extensive experience in automation engineering within QA/Test environments.
•  Proficiency in developing automation scripts using Selenium and C .
•  Strong grasp of automation frameworks and coding practices.
•  Excellent collaboration and mentoring abilities.
•  Analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
•  Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.
•  Knowledge of Jira and Bitbucket or similar tools.
•  Familiarity with offshore team collaboration.
•  Understanding of Life Insurance or Annuities.
•  Experience with Python, mobile automation, or .NET development.
