Responsibilities: - Oversee comprehensive tech and cyber risk management, including policy development, assessments, and tracking remediation efforts.
- Streamline tech and cyber controls to align with key risks and technology processes.
- Influence policy, standard, and control updates to improve risk management activities.
- Lead projects with clear priorities, ensuring on-time delivery within defined scopes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to guarantee commitment delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, establishing structure to drive work completion.
- Exhibit strong communication and partnership skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adapt quickly to evolving demands with organizational agility.
- Utilize strong consulting and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

- Collaborate closely with Cyber and other Risk Management functions within the company.

- Ensure system changes or enhancements consider audit controls and IT standards before implementation.
- Create and share reporting and metrics regarding the risk landscape to stakeholders and leadership.
- Work efficiently to meet professional obligations, respecting timelines, coordinating resources, and facilitating meetings.
- Serve as the main contact for compliance and audit engagements.
- Prepare for, coordinate, and respond effectively to internal and external audits.
- Identify and develop opportunities to integrate risk management practices across daily operations and business processes.
Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Technology, Audit, or Risk Management.
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications: - Cybersecurity and technology risk certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or related credentials.
- Experience with a Large Financial Services firm or Big4 consulting company.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are as follows: McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300; Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on the agreed upon number of hours worked. This role also qualifies for performance-based incentives, including potential cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
