Job Description

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Programmes to support our technological direction and lead a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing strategically aligned technology-enabled business projects through a programme of change to achieve business objectives.
  2. Managing and delivering large-scale change initiatives with conflicting priorities.
  3. Ensuring clarity on priorities, deliverables, and financial planning.
  4. Leading and mentoring a diverse programme team.

This role is positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), classified as CUK06. It is a full-time and permanent position, offering hybrid work with up to two days from home.

Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership

To succeed as a Senior Manager, Technology Programmes, candidates should have:

  • Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience managing large, complex business change programmes with IT components.
  • A strong background in infrastructure change rather than software.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of various delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, with experience in selecting and applying the most suitable approach based on project needs.
