Senior Technology and Innovation Strategist is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations and drive growth. This senior-level position involves staying ahead of technology trends, evaluating their potential impact, and overseeing the integration of new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and efficient. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders and the senior management team to align technology initiatives with business objectives. QualificationsDay-to-Day responsibilities: - Strategic Technology Research:Lead comprehensive research on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Advanced Data Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis to assess the performance and impact of current and potential technology solutions.
- Strategic Recommendations:Provide high-level, actionable recommendations based on analysis to improve business processes and technology adoption.
- Project Leadership:Oversee the planning and execution of technology implementation projects, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver value.
- Innovation Leadership:Foster a culture of innovation across the organization and support the development of new ideas.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior management to ensure technology strategies align with business objectives.
- Risk Management:Evaluate and mitigate potential risks associated with new technologies.
- Reporting and Communication:Prepare and present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Base Requirements: - AI Technology:Experience with AI technology is a must.
- Education:A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:5+ years of experience in technology analysis, IT support, or a related role, with a significant portion of that experience within the multi-family housing industry preferred.
- Certifications:Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP are a plus.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
