• Craft and polish operational docs using tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat to make them shine.
• Collaborate with experts to gather technical info and ensure every detail in your documents is spot-on
• Structure your content like the pro you are, making it easy to read and perfectly suited for your audience
• Write, edit, and fine-tune content, then distribute the finished masterpiece
• Keep the documentation library in top shape by following smooth and efficient configuration management processes. The Necessities:
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to gather technical information and requirements
• Strong experience with Atlassian Confluence
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience with programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Nice to Haves:
• Prior experience with government or NSA/CSS policies
• Understanding of section 508/ADA documentation requirements
