We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) capable of managing the growing demand to stop and prevent cyber attacks. The ideal candidate should be skilled in project management, and able to handle multiple high-visibility, high-pressure engagements and cases simultaneously, as well as many of the day-to-day operations of the team. TPMs are also responsible for organizing and ensuring that the goals of the team are met to respond in the midst of a security crises. In order to be successful, you must be comfortable executing complex tasks and objectives and working across teams to produce results in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with cybersecurity and/or security operations.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with network, identity, or identity technologies, digital forensics and threat hunting, threat intelligence, and/or managed security services.
  • Strong technical program management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple ongoing engagements.
  • Ability to work across multiple organizations to identify and execute solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Program management of multiple simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports to managers, coordinating customer and team resources needed to respond.
  • Support of customer and internal needs (both pre- and post-onsite deployment), clearly communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive project summaries for process improvement, post incident reporting, and ensuring that feedback and data collected for each escalation or incident.
  • Produce repeatable processes and instruct teams on these processes.
  • Support logistics, triage, and prioritization of feature requests for the development group.
  • Accountable for the quality of own work; to be delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the security tools and processes used by Microsoft in order to thoroughly answer customer concerns.
  • Additional operational assistance with the needs of a growing business, including new offering development, internal rhythm of business communications, and field training.
  • Work independently and effectively, and manage through ambiguity.
