Responsibilities (Text Only) - Program management of multiple simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports to managers, coordinating customer and team resources needed to respond. - Support of customer and internal needs (both pre- and post-onsite deployment), clearly communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders. - Provide comprehensive project summaries for process improvement, post incident reporting, and ensuring that feedback and data collected for each escalation or incident. - Produce repeatable processes and instruct teams on these processes. - Support logistics, triage, and prioritization of feature requests for the development group. - Accountable for the quality of own work; to be delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs. - Maintain a high-level understanding of the security tools and processes used by Microsoft in order to thoroughly answer customer concerns. - Additional operational assistance with the needs of a growing business, including new offering development, internal rhythm of business communications, and field training. - Work independently and effectively, and manage through ambiguity. Qualifications (Text Only) Required/Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience. - Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - Experience with cybersecurity and/or security operations. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: - Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience. - Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - Experience with network, identity, or identity technologies, digital forensics and threat hunting, threat intelligence, and/or managed security services. - Strong technical program management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple ongoing engagements. - Ability to work across multiple organizations to identify and execute solutions.
