Our client, well known for their high-quality residential builds, is seeking a Senior Technical Co-Ordinator to join their fantastic team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technical professional to play a vital role in delivering top-tier developments from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate design and planning submissions
Secure Building Regulations and statutory approvals
Prepare and manage working drawings and technical packages
Resolve site queries and ensure technical compliance during build
Liaise closely with internal teams and external consultants
What We're Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Building Regs and technical detailing- Excellent experience of the Construction sectgor, specifically residential, traditional builds
Experience managing planning applications and consultant teams
Proficient in AutoCAD
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
