Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to serve as a strategic partner for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform. This role blends technical expertise with client relationship management, requiring experience in software development and a strong understanding of financial markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with a select group of clients throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
  • Develop deep expertise in client use cases, ensuring their needs are met through product adoption and support.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, including engineering, product management, and support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, drive feature adoption, and advocate for client-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management to identify growth opportunities and optimize client engagement.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical account management, software development, or client success in the fintech space.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading, and risk management.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) and software development.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C , Rust).
  • Familiarity with financial engineering, modeling, or data science.
  • Understanding of SDLC tools and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, and Linux administration.
  • Knowledge of fixed income, equities, or derivatives markets.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 + bonus + RSUs
