Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of accounting, tax, and advisory engagements.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Mentor, review, and support a team of preparers and staff accountants.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with partners on firm strategy and client service improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Active CPA license (Required)
- 10+ years of public accounting experience (Generalist focus - tax, audit, client service)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Hands-on technical expertise; enjoys rolling up sleeves when needed.
- Experience with UltraTax and Thomson Reuters products is a plus (not required).
- Thrives in a boutique firm culture emphasizing quality and stability.
