Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tax engagements, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered effectively
- Review consolidated corporate returns, flow-through entities, and individual tax returns
- Provide tax planning strategies for complex tax matters, including estate and/or international tax issues
- Supervise and mentor tax professionals, fostering their professional growth
- Develop expertise in specific industries while maintaining a well-rounded skill set
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license required, Masters in Taxation a plus
- Minimum of 6 years of recent public accounting experience in Taxation
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a professional services firm
- Strong expertise in tax compliance & advisory for middle-market businesses & high-net-worth individuals
- Experience with estate and/or international tax matters is a plus
