Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with expertise in both individual taxation and C-Corporation/S-Corporation tax matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage client relationships, lead tax engagements, and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, C-Corps, and S-Corps.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients across various industries.
Supervise and mentor tax staff, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Research and interpret tax regulations to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities.
Manage multiple client engagements and build strong client relationships.
Assist with tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities when needed.
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to advise clients effectively.

While the primary focus is on general tax services, experience in any of the following specialty areas is a plus:

Automobile Dealerships - Expertise in tax strategies and compliance for auto dealerships.
Estate, Gift, and Trust Taxation - Experience in estate planning and trust tax compliance.
International Taxation - Assisting foreign companies in setting up business operations in the U.S. and navigating international tax laws.
