Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment team. This role is pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational goals. You will lead a team of recruiters, develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, and collaborate with various departments to fulfill hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, including full life cycle recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators. Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Manage programmatic job advertising and recruitment programs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand across various channels to attract top talent.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment strategy effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion initiatives to build and support a diverse workforce.
- Problem Solving: Solve problems, influence stakeholders, lead meetings, and develop recruitment programs and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to implement recruitment solutions that meet organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition. At least 5 years managing a talent acquisition team (full life cycle recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators). Proven experience optimizing recruitment functions Performance management experience with budgets, hiring capacity, recruitment advertising, and programs. Industry experience in the technology sector preferred.
