Description Leidos is looking for a skilled Senior Systems Architect to join our technical development program focused on Identity and Access Management (IdAM) and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services. This role encompasses key areas such as Entitlements Management, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, and Digital Policy Management. As the Systems Architect, you will champion the data governance process, providing crucial structure and guidance during assessments as we integrate new technologies with current IT services using a vendor-agnostic platform approach. - Document use case definitions and provide overarching guidance related to data management, governance, and policy.
- Conduct certification assessments for data repositories and IT services.
- Model data and components for customized IT solutions.
- Analyze system management and integration functions.
- Implement a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) focusing on governance issues and software deployments.
- Examine data processing needs and requirements.
- Break down user requirements and procedures into system interfaces and integration modules.
- Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to identify best practices.
- Recommend software products and other solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Incorporate enterprise services for authentication, access control, centralized auditing, monitoring, and security classification into mission applications.
- Design and develop solutions to resolve application issues, system administration challenges, or network concerns.
- Engineer strategies for incorporating new technologies and infrastructure processes.
- Drive the development of future technological and architectural advancements.
- Define, document, and plan architecture frameworks.
- Support enterprise integration activities with a focus on best practices.
- Develop and review architectural documentation thoroughly.
- Conduct requirements analysis, development, and management.
- Lead project management efforts and present findings to executive-level audiences when necessary.
- Exhibit a self-starter initiative with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a master's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Deep understanding of the relationship between applications, operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Extensive experience in total system design, particularly networks.
- Proficient in AWS technologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools, including scripting, data ingest, and data manipulation.

Pay Range: $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
