ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. In this role you will analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer LAN and WAN systems. You will also analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support the enterprise architecture, design, development, and deployment of network and cloud services in support of government customer
Research and implement enterprise-wide network and cloud solutions, capabilities, and enhancements to support customer business/mission goals and objectives, while complying with the network architecture and design standards
Produce SDLC project artifacts such as requirements, design documents, diagrams, and other required documentation; employ DevSecOps working with other functional areas, stakeholders, and vendors to design, develop, and implement sustainable solutions
Coordinate system maintenance, monitoring, and installation of multiple WAN/LAN environments encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies
Develop and maintain a roadmap for capabilities, operations, and technologies
Evaluate and recommend changes and/or technology upgrades to address performance, standardization, and industry best practices
Perform site installations, technology refresh, develop implementation plans and schedules; follow all customer network security processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with government policies Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of related experience
Previous Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Operations experience Hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, and firewall technology
Experience with primary network topologies, LANs, WANs and other common network standards; strong understanding of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and QoS, MPLS; Very strong knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) and network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, GRE, IPSEC, and VRF) Technical certifications such as Cloud, CCNA, CCNP, Virtualization, monitoring and troubleshooting tools
IAM III/IAT III Certification Preferred Qualifications: One of the following certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Data Management Pr5ofessional (CDMP), Six Sigma Certification, ITIL4 Understanding of ITIL4 principles Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
The ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD suitability is required prior to starting this position. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
