Senior Systems Analyst
Jersey City, NJ (Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr. on W2)
Onsite Hybrid

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of Analysis experience, with a proven track record of delivery of complex technology projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization
• Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA desirable
• Previous experience with trading systems or brokerage technology
• Knowledge and experience of taking complex capabilities and breaking them into clear and concise requirements with well-defined value and acceptance criteria
• Experience understanding the technology and software architecture of an application
• Experience with Mainframe and/or AWS Cloud a plus, but not required
• Experience working with QA and business partners on test scenarios
• Experience detecting scope changes and escalation of issues

Must-Haves:

• Background in financial services and strong understanding of trading
• Understand fixed protocol (FIX - how we send orders and how we get execution) / monitoring fixed connections
• Ability to comprehend and articulate end-to-end system workflows
• Working with developers and business partners to search and come up with requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of taking complex capabilities and breaking them into clear and concise requirements with well-defined value and acceptance criteria
