Job Summary: The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. This role ensures payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient, particularly across the USA and Canada, while also driving integration with related HR technologies.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors ECP for the USA and Canada.
- Gather payroll business requirements and convert them into scalable system configurations.
- Configure and test SAP ECP, ensuring alignment with SuccessFactors EC and other modules.
- Ensure system compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and payroll standards.
- Perform unit testing, payroll parallel testing, UAT, and integration testing.
- Create functional designs for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
- Integrate SAP with third-party vendors (e.g., Workforce Software, Benefits, Taxation).
- Conduct user training and documentation for successful go-live adoption.
- Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify system enhancements and process optimizations.
- Continuously monitor developments in SAP ECP and adopt best practices.
- Participate in post-go-live support and improvement initiatives.
- Stay flexible to learn additional SAP modules as needed.
Required Qualifications: - 8â€"10 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation experience.
- Extensive experience with USA & Canada payroll systems; global payroll is a plus.
- Deep understanding of payroll compliance, integrations, and data validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in payroll configuration and support.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all business levels.
- Ability to work independently or in team settings under tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience & Skills: - Familiarity with integrations involving Workforce Software (WFS) and Benefits/Tax systems.
- Experience in global HRIS environments and hybrid SAP landscapes.
- Exposure to other SAP modules: EC, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits.
- Strong documentation and training facilitation experience.
