BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in computer systems and automated processes. The Senior Systems Analyst will focus on full life cycle management, conducting comprehensive feasibility studies and evaluations to design and implement automated systems. This position is crucial for accommodating changes due to legislative updates, mission adjustments, or evolving program requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and conduct feasibility studies for automated systems, managing all phases from initial design through post-implementation evaluation.

Develop design criteria and solutions to address potential legislative, mission, or functional program changes.

Provide expert advice on the design and implementation of business applications for complex IT systems.

Analyze data sources, data flows, and system interactions to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system designs align with organizational needs and future requirements.

Advise senior officials on systems design strategies, technology forecasts, and the integration of emerging technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.

8+ years of experience in IT systems analysis.

5+ years of experience in the design and implementation of business applications for complex IT systems.

Comprehensive knowledge of data sources, data flow, system interactions, advanced computing equipment, and software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in information technology or a related field.

Expertise in advanced systems design techniques, providing innovative solutions to complex IT challenges.
