This is an on-site role located in our Brooklyn, Ohio, headquarters.Position Summary Arrow International is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to assist with maintaining and optimizing the organization's computer systems, servers, and networks, and ensuring the stability and security of the infrastructure. They manage system-level tasks, develop solutions to technical issues, and may also mentor junior system administrators
Primary Roles and Responsibilities - System Administration: Managing and maintaining the organization's computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues with systems and infrastructure.
- Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's systems and data.
- Performance Optimization: Monitoring system performance and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and stability.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to junior system administrators.
- Project Management: Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects
Requirements
Experience and Education - BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field required.
- Five years of Windows
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
- Background with Microsoft Azure skills a plus
- Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate preferred or similar certification preferred.
- Active Directory experience and Microsoft 365 preferred
