Position Type: 6M C2H
Travel: Initial travel up to 25% to corporate sites to take ownership of critical systems / Occasional travel thereafter
Hourly / Salary: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour (W2) Salary Target: $85,000 - $120,000

JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior Systems Admin for a 6M C2H opportunity that is located in Irving, TX. The Senior Systems Admin will manage and optimize the IT Infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and automation. The Senior Systems Admin will oversee server support, Active Directory (OnPrem / Azure AD), O365, SharePoint, InTune, and virtualization (VMware / vSphere). The Senior Systems Admin will develop and enforce standardized IT Policies / Procedures. The Senior Systems Admin must be passionate about automation and experienced in reducing manual tasks through Power Automate and PowerShell Scripting. Additionally, the Senior System Admin must be proactive and automation-driven, to take ownership of critical systems and drive efficiency.

  • Senior Systems Admin - Severs / Active Directory (OnPrem / Azure AD) / O365 / SharePoint / InTune / VMware
  • Server Support - Maintain / Troubleshoot / Optimize Server Performance
  • Active Directory / Azure AD - Manage Identity Access / Security Policies / Group Administration, etc.
  • SharePoint Support - Administer / Maintain SharePoint Environment
  • InTune (Software Patching / Updated) - Management Deployments / Endpoint Security
  • MDM (Mobile Device Management) - Work with Verizon MDM Solutions for Corporate Device Security
  • Virtualized Desktop Infrastructure (VMware / vSphere) - Support / Maintain / Administer Environment
  • Automation / Scripting - Utilize Power Automate (Flows / Forms) / PowerShell to Automate Manual Processes
  • Hardware / Software Licensing - Oversee Software Licensing Compliance / Renewals
  • Asset Management - Track IT Assets / Ensure Proper Inventory / Lifecycle Management
  • Helpdesk Support - Provide Tier 2 / 3 Escalation Support for IT Service Requests
  • IT Policies / Procedures - Develop / Document / Enforce IT Standards / Best Practices
  • SOX Compliance / Audit Support - Assist in Compliance Initiatives / Audit Requirements
