Key Responsibilities:
Split your time among requirement gathering, user interaction, QA/testing, documentation, support, and SQL-based data tasks.
- Act as liaison between technical teams and end users.
- Analyze and document system requirements; ensure business needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help define project scope and identify system improvements.
- Oversee service desk performance (managed by a third party), ensuring SLAs are met and service quality is high.
- Provide input on training efforts, performance tracking, and cross-team collaboration.
- Stay current on infrastructure and application interactions.
- Propose system enhancements and new initiatives.
- Support issue resolution, perform root cause analysis, and assist with system selection.
- Involved in all aspects of solution delivery-requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Lead small to mid-size projects and assist with training users on applications and platforms.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years in a Systems or Business Analyst role
