We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our industrial construction team based in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects and be open to travel.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop, monitor, and execute project construction plans and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Manage on-site personnel and resources effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of construction field experience, with at least 10 years in industrial construction
• Proven experience as a superintendent on large industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Based in St. Louis, MO
• Willing to travel frequently for projects
