Job DetailsProject:
- 500 residential units
- Eight-story building
- Five levels of type III wood frame construction
- Three levels of type I above-grade, two levels below-grade concrete construction
- Podium
- 6400 sq. ft. of retail
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, contract negotiations, and project oversight
- Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Oversee contractor activities and empower your team
- Provide scheduling and constructability reviews to developers
- Pre-qualify contractors and monitor construction schedules
- Perform onsite inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Track construction progress and ensure budget alignment
- Obtain certificates of occupancy
- Lead, train, and mentor other Superintendents and assistants
- Act as a liaison between design, development, and construction teams
- Provide performance feedback and conduct regular staff meetings
Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in Multi-Family Construction and managing others
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction management software (Microsoft Project)
OSHA 30-hour certification and current First Aid/CPR training
