Senior Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare structural calculations and drawings for projects of all material types and sizes
- Work closely and build relationships with architects, contractors, clients, and other engineers
- Manage your own projects and work as part of a team on other projects
- Be mentored by more experienced engineers and mentor younger engineers as the company grows
Position requirements:
- BS or MS degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis from an ABET accredited program
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience on relevant building projects
- Proficiency in common structural engineering and office tools including RISA, Adapt, RAM, Enercalc, Excel, Bluebeam
- Currently licensed as a PE or SE is preferred but not required
- Structural Design experience in Multi Family, Podium, Warehouse, and Retail buildings.
Other qualifications that are beneficial:
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Hands-on construction experience
