Job Description: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join the forensic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural analysis and forensic investigations, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex structural issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and forensic investigations of building structures.
- Evaluate structural integrity and identify design flaws or deficiencies.
- Develop and propose remedial measures to extend the life of structures with minimal disruption.
- Prepare technical reports, models, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay abreast of advancements in structural engineering, materials science, and forensic analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in forensic investigations.
